The Role:
High Tech Interiors is looking for a highly capable General Manager/Project Manager who will join their expert launch team to commence operations in Abu Dhabi. The General Manager/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of fast-track, technically challenging projects within the Abu Dhabi and Middle East region. This is a demanding role for an experienced Project Manager who has a track record of delivering exceptional high-end quality projects on time, and on budget.
We want someone with drive; someone who is motivated, hard working, goal orientated and can commence in July 2009.

The General Manager/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of fast-track, technically challenging projects within the Abu Dhabi and Middle East region. This is a demanding role for an experienced Project Manager who has a track record of delivering exceptional high-end quality projects on time, and on budget.
We want someone with drive; someone who is motivated, hard working, goal orientated and can commence in July 2009.
Key Qualifications Required:
- The proven performers we seek must be degree qualified and have at least 5-10 years interior fit out experience encompassing design, detailing, joinery and furniture installation. The Project Manager must have large-scale development fit-out experience, which includes proven experience and references on high profile projects such as Airport terminals, Health and Pharmaceutical Facilities, Financial Centers and Military Facilities and High End Residential & Commercial Towers.
- Previous experience handling budgeting and finances of a business unit.
- Strong work ethic and personal integrity.
- Outgoing personality, capable of building relationships and generating new business.
- Strong communication, management, organization and negotiation skills are vital.
- Be efficient and cost effective in the hands-on delivery of complex, prestigious interiors.
- You must be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills in meeting with the most demanding of clients.
- Significant knowledge of project specifications related to the construction of international airports, financial centers and interiors of high-rise developments (preferably including the Middle East region) would be a plus.
- Have a detailed understanding of construction techniques and processes.
- Be able to structure construction teams, coordinate contract packages and control delivery of projects on site.
- Be financially aware and able to produce detailed accurate cash flows regarding all stages of the construction process.
